CSC announces layoffs in advance of HPE merger

Wall Street dips after Fed move

Wall Street ended lower on Wednesday after the Federal Reserve left interest rates unchanged but opened the door to a possible rate increase later this year. The Fed had not been expected to move interest rates at its two-day meeting, ended on Wednesday, but investors have been anxious for hints about when an increase might come in light of concerns about fallout from Britain's vote in June to leave the European Union.

MDA continues support of robotics on the International Space Station

MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. , a global communications and information company, today announced that it has signed a contract amendment with the Canadian Space Agency for CA$5.3 million. The amendment provides funding for additional support to the ongoing robotic operations of the Mobile Servicing System on the International Space Station .
